The following are the terms and conditions of the "$88 FreePlay" promotion (the "Promotion").

If you: (i) play or register an account in the UK all references to the Promoter shall mean 888 UK Limited; (ii) play in Ireland all references to the Promoter shall mean Virtual Digital Services Limited; or (iii) if you play in Canada all references to the Promoter mean Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited. All three entities are part of the 888 group of companies.

1. This Promotion shall be open only to players who are located in the UK, Canada and Ireland at the time of their participation in the Promotion. The Promoter shall remove any and all FreePlay granted under this Promotion and related winnings if such person participates in the Promotion from outside the listed countries.
2. This is an ongoing promotion, currently without an end date. We will provide reasonable notice of when the promotion is to come to an end (the "Promotion Period").
3. Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons aged 18 and above or to persons who are over the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling service included on 888casino.com ("888casino") under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, whichever is higher ("Legally of Age"). You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter and/or its affiliates with your proof of age and/or identity. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age and/or identity shall disqualify you from participation in the Promotion.
4. This promotion is limited to:

   • One player per household, computer terminal, payment method account and/or mobile device.

6. Bonus is not valid for the selected games.
7. The Promotion shall be open ONLY to new players who have registered and opened a user account with 888casino for the first time during the Promotion Period, but without any requirement to make a deposit in such account. For the avoidance of any doubt, existing players who have registered with 888casino prior to the Promotion Period shall not be entitled to participate in the Promotion even if they re-register with 888casino during the Promotion Period.
8. You may not combine this registration offer with any other type of registration offer provided by the Promoter.
9. In order to be eligible to participate in this Promotion a player must register with 888casino and all details provided by you on registration with 888casino and any time thereafter must be valid, true and accurate. Should the Promoter reasonably deem that any of the registered information or any information provided to the by you is untrue, inaccurate, invalid, misleading or otherwise incomplete, such player will not be eligible to participate in the Promotion and all FreePlay granted under this Promotion and related winnings shall be removed from such player’s account.
10. The promotion offer must be claimed via the link sent to you by Email/OMG/SMS, otherwise it will be forfeited.
11. The FreePlay granted under this Promotion, will be valid only if claimed by you within 48 hours of 888casino sending the FreePlay claim email directly to you, by clicking on the "claim-link" in such e-mail.
12. The entire FreePlay credited to a player's account must be used within 14 days of being credited to a player’s account, unused FreePlay and any accumulated winnings that have not met the wagering requirements will be removed from the account thereafter.
13. The FreePlay may not be exchanged for cash and is restricted for play only in the selected games determined by the Promoter.
14. FreePlay wins are granted only after the member has finished playing the entire FreePlay amount.
15. FreePlay wins are converted into a bonus and as such must be wagered 1 time within 90 days from granting. If you choose to withdraw your original deposit amount before completing the wagering requirements as aforementioned in this section, the bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be cancelled. Wagering contributions apply and vary by game. See Wagering Contributions Table.
16. In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us.
17. Available Funds will always be used before Restricted Funds and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account.
18. Restricted Funds will only be available for use once the following conditions are met: (i) your Available Funds balance is zero (ii) all Sports bets are settled (iii) all Poker tournaments you have enrolled in are completed, and (iv) all real money game sessions are closed and related bets have been settled.
19. If you have a pending message on the website’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such an event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
20. With the exception of jackpot wins, bonuses are capped as follows in accordance with the bonus policy:
    1. Wins generated through bonuses are capped at $500, for all accounts that have already made a first deposit.
    2. Wins generated through bonuses, and the total redeemable amount from bonuses, are capped at $100, for accounts that have not yet made a first deposit.
21. All bonuses and promotional offers, and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the aforesaid, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full.
22. Without prejudice to any other right or remedy of the Promoter, if the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant: (i) is abusing or attempting to abuse the Promotion; (ii) has undertaken any fraudulent practice or criminal activity in relation to the Promotion; (iii) has used any unfair external factors or influences or has colluded with any other person or account in connection with the Promotion; and/or (iv) has materially breached any of the following provisions of the User Agreement in connection with the Promotion ("Prohibited Practices"), the Promoter shall have the right to:
    1. void and remove from the participant's account all FreePlay and winnings accrued from such FreePlay;
    2. block or terminate the entrant's account(s) with the Promoter, and in such circumstances, may withhold the whole or part of the balance and/or recover from the accounts the amount of any deposits, pay-outs, FreePlay, bonuses or winnings which have been affected by or are in any way attributable to any of the events described in this Point 14; and/or
    3. prevent the Participant from registering for accounts with the Company in the future.
23. In exercising its rights under Point 14 above, the Promoter shall use all reasonable efforts to ensure such rights are exercised in a manner which is fair in the relevant circumstances and to all other entrants and customers of the Promoter.
24. Participants acknowledge that the Promoter may conduct verification checks from time to time (as detailed in the User Agreement applicable to you). For such purposes, you agree that the Promoter is entitled, at its sole discretion, to require that entrants provide the Promoter with a notarised ID or any equivalent certified ID according to the applicable law of the entrant's jurisdiction or otherwise, proof of address, utility bills, bank details, bank statements and bank references. Until such information has been supplied to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction, the Promoter may (in addition to any other rights or remedies available to the Promoter as set out in the applicable User Agreement prevent any activity being undertaken by the relevant entrant in relation to their account (including participation in this Promotion) or, if the Promoter reasonably believes that deliberately incorrect information has been provided by an entrant and/or that the entrant has undertaken any Prohibited Practice, withhold any jackpot or other prize related to this Promotion.
25. The Promoter reserves the right, following the limitations above and other discretions, to ask a player to provide the Promoter with documented proof of identity, refuse withdrawals, before the winnings generated from the FreePlay granted under this Promotion is withdrawn.
26. Should a player receive more than one bonus at the same time, all bets will relate to the wagering requirements of the first received bonus and only on completion of the wagering requirements for that bonus, transfer to the second or subsequent bonus.
27. Please be advised that during a campaign or a promotion where you receive any additional bonus amount, whether this be part of the original bonus or a separate amount, you may be required to wager the additional bonus amount in order to request a withdrawal of the bonus and any accumulated winnings.
28. By entering the Promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages or loss caused by such entrant with regards to the Promotion or the awarding of the FreePlay hereunder.
29. If you contract with 888 UK Limited with respect to the User Agreement located here, if we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus (as further described in Section 9.2 (k) in the Terms of Service) then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the Terms of Service; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with such User Agreement.
30. If you are playing outside of UK, with respect to point 15 in the Bonus policy located here, if we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the Terms of Service; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with such User Agreement.
31. 888casino may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and any of the bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, including without limitation, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such cancellation, modification, or suspension will not apply to any player that has opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus or other benefits offered hereunder, and/or commenced play in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancellation, modification or suspension.
32. Any winnings generated through the FreePlay granted under this Promotion, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full.
33. If a player plays or registers in the UK on 888casino, in the event that a player has a dispute which is related to the outcome of a gambling transaction and such player remains unsatisfied with the results of the relevant dispute resolution process as detailed in the User Agreement, the player may refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution procedure with eCOGRA. Where a player refers his/her dispute to eCOGRA he/she should do so promptly following receipt of 888 UK Limited’s final decision. 34. If a player plays in the UK on 888casino, the relevant dispute resolution procedure as detailed in the Terms of Service will not, of course, limit the player from filing any claim with the courts in accordance with the User Agreement or referring a gambling transaction dispute out-of-court through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution Platform found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ or affect any rights which he/she may have under applicable law.
35. During their engagement period and for a period of 24 months thereafter, no officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of the Promoter or any other company within its group of companies or its suppliers, vendors, licensors, white label partners or any third party who is connected with the management of the games on 888casino is permitted to enter the Promotion. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' includes, but is not limited to, any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. For the avoidance of doubt, neither Gibraltarians nor residents of Gibraltar are permitted to enter the Promotion. The Promoter shall remove any and all FreePlay granted under this Promotion, any related bonuses as well as any related winnings if such person enters the Promotion in spite of this provision.

37. To the extent permitted by law, all provisions of this Promotion shall be severable and no provision shall be affected by the invalidity of any other provision.
38. By participating in this Promotion each member agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the "User Agreement" which includes but is not limited to the Bonus Policy.

Terms and Conditions Specific to a Jackpot win:

1. All winnings may be withdrawn in limited instalments of up to $30,000 per calendar month if so decided by the Company at its sole discretion.
2. The winner of a jackpot and any other winnings under this promotion shall be solely responsible for recording, paying and accounting to any relevant governmental, taxation or other authority for any tax or other levy that may be payable on any winnings paid to him/her.
3. The jackpot amount displayed on 888casino may be displayed in one currency but actually paid to a player in another currency. All currency conversions executed by the Company for the purposes of allowing a player to deposit and cash-out money from his/her account shall be executed by the Company at an exchange rate comparable with daily commercial rates offered by banks and credit card companies.
4. The Company reserves the right, for a reasonable period of time, to review a player’s jackpot win to ensure its validity.
5. Jackpot prizes may be awarded to the winners in up to 24 monthly installments if so decided by the Company at its sole discretion.

Terms and Conditions specific to the FreePlay wins:

In addition to enjoying FreePlay in selected games, player may win up to a total of the exact amount of FreePlay won on the Spin the Wheel game through the FreePlay. These wins are considered as a bonus.

1. Should the FreePlay result in a win on one or more of the selected casino games, the following shall apply:
   • Max total FreePlay win under this promotion is $10, unless a player hits the Jackpot. FreePlay wins will be credited to the player’s account only after the player has finished playing all of the FreePlay granted under this Promotion.
   • FreePlay wins (with the exception of Jackpot wins) are considered as an immediate bonus which are awarded to a player in a restricted state and may be wagered with immediately upon grant and must be wagered 1 time before being withdrawn by you.
   • Starting date 14/06/2021, the following will apply to all accounts that have not yet made a first deposit, in accordance with the Bonus Policy: With the exception of verified progressive jackpot wins, wins generated through bonuses, and the total redeemable amount from bonuses, will be capped at $100.
   • With the exception of verified progressive jackpot wins, wins generated through the Bonus are capped at $10.
2. All winnings related to FreePlay granted under this Promotion must meet the wagering requirements within 90 days of being credited to a member's account, if such winnings, are not used by a player such winnings will be removed after the 90 (ninety) day period.
3. Wagering on all games at 888casino will contribute towards wagering requirements but certain games will contribute greater than others. The following is a list of contributions towards wagering requirements for each individual game type:

1. For example, if an entrant wagers $500 on Video Slots, then the entire $500 (100%) will contribute towards wagering requirements for this Promotion. If an entrant wagers $500 on Roulette, then $100 (20%) will contribute towards wagering requirements for the Promotion.
2. If you win a progressive jackpot the terms in the applicable User Agreement shall apply to you (please see point 27 above).
